How to book
your round.

01 / Choose a date

Start with the day you want to play.

Open the booking calendar and choose the day you want to play. Next, set your start and finish time so we can show spaces available for that time slot.

02 / Choose your time

Plan for the round you actually want to play.

Choose the time you expect to spend with us so your space is reserved for your round. Pay for the time you use, with a one-hour minimum charge and 15-minute increments after that. You can finish before your booked end time; your bill follows your session timer, not your reserved duration.

You can keep playing beyond your booked time without asking if no other booking needs the space. To secure extra time, tell staff how much longer you expect to stay so we can extend your reservation, subject to availability. Until then, that extra time remains open for others to book.

03 / Pick your space

Choose the room that fits your round.

Each room or bay holds up to four guests, including non-players. Set your guest count and tell us whether anyone plays left-handed. Availability depends on your chosen date and time. Pick the available option that works best for the people joining you.

Only spaces available for your selected time will appear. You can also review Spaces & Pricing before you begin.

04 / Review and confirm

Give the details a quick check.

Before you complete your booking, review the date, room, host name, guest count, and session time. Your confirmation gives you the essentials to bring with you when you arrive.

We may cancel your booking if your group has not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time.
