Before your round · Guide 01

How to book
your winter round.

Everything you need to know before choosing your time at Ballistic Indoor Golf.

Book a Round

01 / Choose a date

Start with the day you want to play.

Open the booking calendar, choose your date, and look through the available spaces. The calendar only shows what is available for that day, so you can make a decision without guessing.

02 / Pick your space

Choose the room that fits your round.

Private Rooms 1–4 are available for up to four guests, including non-players. Pick the available option that works best for the people joining you.

Current rates and availability appear while you book. You can also review Pricing before you begin.

03 / Choose your time

Plan for the round you actually want to play.

There is a one-hour minimum. After that, time is charged in 15-minute increments. Choose a start and end time that leaves room for practice, a full round, or a little time to settle in.

04 / Review and confirm

Give the details a quick check.

Before you complete your booking, review the date, room, host name, and session time. Your confirmation gives you the essentials to bring with you when you arrive.

Before you arrive

Bring what helps the room work well.

  • Clean, dry indoor shoes. They keep the turf clear and help the simulator track each shot accurately.
  • Your own clubs, if you have them. Ballistic does not currently offer club rentals.
  • Golf balls, if you prefer to use your own. If you do not have balls, we can provide a basket for your round.

Food and drinks are available on site. Please leave outside food and beverages at home; outside alcohol is not permitted on the licensed premises. This helps keep the rooms clean, protects the equipment, and lets the venue service look after your round.

For the full practical guidelines, read the House Rules.
