01 / Check in
Start with the name on the booking.
When you arrive, please let our team know the first and last name the booking was made under. When your room is ready, we will call your group using the host’s name.
02 / Get set up
We will get the room ready for the system.
We provide tees selected to work safely with our simulator system. If you did not bring golf balls, we can provide a basket for your round.
Take a minute to get settled before you begin. If you are new to the simulator or unsure where to start, ask us. We would rather help you get into the round than leave you guessing.
03 / Play your round
Your time is for playing.
Your session has a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is charged in 15-minute increments. If you need help with the simulator, your room, or your timing, let our team know while you are here.
When you are ready to finish
Bring the shared equipment back to us.
Please bring the simulator tees and your basket of balls back to the front when you want to finish. Once they have been returned, we will stop your timer and finalize your session.
That keeps the timing clear, helps us prepare the room for the next round, and makes sure you are only paying for the time you are using.
