What to expect when you book and visit Ballistic Indoor Golf.
Booking and payment
A booking reserves the selected space and time, subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is made at the front when you finish your session; online booking does not take payment, deposits, or card holds.
Session timing
Your timer starts when the first member of your group enters the room or bay. Pay for the time you use, with a one-hour minimum charge and 15-minute increments after that. You can finish before your booked end time; your bill follows your session timer, not your reserved duration.
Playing beyond your booking
You can keep playing beyond your booked time without asking if no other booking needs the space. To secure extra time, tell staff how much longer you expect to stay so we can extend your reservation, subject to availability. Until then, that extra time remains open for others to book. We’ll give you a heads-up when another group has booked your bay.
Rates and minimum time
Rates are charged by booked space, not per player. A one-hour minimum applies, and additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Changes and cancellations
You may cancel online before your booking begins when your confirmation includes a cancellation link. If you need help changing a booking, contact Ballistic before the scheduled start time.
Personal belongings and equipment
Please keep personal belongings with you and take them when you leave. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff safety guidance.
Availability and updates
Requested times and spaces remain subject to availability. Ballistic may update these Terms for future bookings and visits.
