What to expect when you book and visit Ballistic Indoor Golf.
Booking and payment
A booking reserves the selected space and time, subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is made at Ballistic Indoor Golf; online booking does not take payment, deposits, or card holds.
Session timing
Your session begins at its scheduled start time and ends at its scheduled end time. Arriving late does not extend the booking.
Rates and minimum time
Rates are charged by booked space, not per player. A one-hour minimum applies, and additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Changes and cancellations
You may cancel online before your booking begins when your confirmation includes a cancellation link. If you need help changing a booking, contact Ballistic before the scheduled start time.
Personal belongings and equipment
Please keep personal belongings with you and take them when you leave. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff safety guidance.
Availability and updates
Requested times and spaces remain subject to availability. Ballistic may update these Terms for future bookings and visits.
