Before your round

Know the basics.
Enjoy the round.

A few practical things that keep the game running smoothly for everyone.

01

Clean, dry indoor shoes

Please change into clean, dry indoor shoes. If you do not have a spare pair, thoroughly wipe your soles on the entrance mat before stepping onto the turf. Debris can interfere with shot readings.

02

Food and drinks

Food and drinks are available on site. Please leave outside food and beverages at home. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited; guests found with it may be removed from the premises and banned from future visits.

03

Space capacity

Every private room and open bay has a maximum of four total guests, including non-players.

04

Bring your own clubs — every room and bay

Bring your own golf clubs. Clubs are required to play in every room and bay, including Room 5. Ballistic does not offer club rentals.

05

Golf balls — Room 5 is different

You’re welcome to bring your own golf balls for Rooms 1–4 and the open bays. If you don’t have any, we can provide them. In Room 5, use the balls provided; don’t put your own balls into the auto tee-up system.

06

Keep hands out. Leave mats in place.

Do not lift or move the mats, put your fingers or any objects into the tee opening, or reach into the equipment. This applies in every room and bay, especially Room 5’s auto tee-up system. If a ball jams or something is not working, stop and ask staff for help. Interfering with the equipment can cause injury and damage. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow these instructions.

07

Use Ballistic tees only

Personal tees will not work with our simulator turf and may puncture it. Please use the tees provided by Ballistic; the booking host may be responsible for any damage caused by personal tees.

08

Respect the space

Treat the rooms, equipment, and everyone here with care. We may end a session when behaviour is aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful.
