We collect the details you provide to arrange and manage your booking or respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information.

Bookings are handled through BayFlow. Your name, email address, mobile number, and reservation details help us confirm your session, contact you about it, and manage changes or cancellations.

We use Google Analytics to understand general website use, such as pages visited, device or browser type, and how visitors found us. We also measure successful contact-form submissions. We do not send your name, email address, message, or booking details to Google Analytics through the contact form.
