01 / Indoor shoes

Keep the turf clean.

Please change into clean, dry indoor shoes. If you do not have a spare pair, thoroughly wipe your soles on the entrance mat before stepping onto the turf. Debris can interfere with shot readings.

02 / Clubs and golf balls

Bring the gear for your space.

Bring your own golf clubs. Clubs are required to play in every room and bay, including Room 5. Ballistic does not offer club rentals.

Bring your own golf balls for Rooms 1–4 and the open bays. In Room 5, use the balls already provided inside the room. Do not feed your own balls into the auto tee-up system.

03 / Tees and equipment

Use what is provided.

Please use the tees provided by Ballistic. Personal tees will not work with our simulator turf and may puncture it; the booking host may be responsible for resulting damage.

Do not lift or move the mats, put your fingers or any objects into the tee opening, or reach into the equipment. This applies in every room and bay, especially Room 5’s auto tee-up system. If a ball jams or something is not working, stop and ask staff for help. Interfering with the equipment can cause injury and damage. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow these instructions.

04 / Bags and lockers

Bring your clubs, then ask us about storage.

Golf-bag locker availability and storage arrangements can be confirmed with staff when you arrive.

05 / Food and drinks

Save room for the 19th hole.

Food and drinks are available on site. Please leave outside food and beverages at home. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
