Charging Policy
Our rates are based on our system's timer, which starts when you enter the room and stops once everyone in your group has exited. If you would like a reminder when your booked time is up, please inform one of our staff members.
We bill in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge of one hour. Even if you play for only 30 minutes, you will be charged for the full hour.
Damages to Property
Ballistic Indoor Golf will not be accountable for any damages or incidents happen to the visitors and/or properties owned by the visitors.
No-Show / Accountability Policy
If individuals or groups don't show up for their reserved time, a cancellation notification will be sent 30 minutes after the booking was supposed to start.
No Outside Food or Drinks
Absolutely no outside beverages and food are allowed.
We do have a variety of beer and liquor section. Please click here to view our food and drinks menu. Penalty fee will be applied to your bill if caught with outside food or drinks.
Gratuity Fee for Large Parties
For groups considered a party of 8 or more regardless of number of simulators booked, a 15% gratuity will be added to the total bill before tax. We kindly ask that payment be made on a single bill.
Coupons
Multiple coupons/discounts cannot be combined.
Please be aware that to use any one-hour free tee-time coupon, you must book and play for a minimum of two hours for the coupon to be valid.
One coupon per person or group per visit.
Please be respectful
Any aggressive behaviour and disrespect towards everyone in the facility will not be tolerated. You will be forced to leave the premise effective immediately.
Please bring clean shoes for all the other guests to enjoy our simulators in the best condition.
